Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival

REQUIRED VOLUNTEER MEETINGS

All volunteers are required to attend a volunteer training meeting. 


Volunteer meetings for wine, beer, water and setup / teardown should attend:

  • MEETING OPTION #1: Thursday, August 10 @ 7-8 PM

OR

  • MEETING OPTION #2: Tuesday, August 15 @ 7-8 PM


Volunteer meeting for specialty areas (Front Gate, Bravo! Booth, Stage, Security):

  • MEETING OPTION #3: Tuesday, August 8 @ 7-8 PM


MEETINGS LOCATION:

  • All meetings are at the OLD Seton Catholic High School

2017 VOLUNTEERS - Become a Volunteer

Attend our FINAL Volunteer meeting August 15!

Please join us and help us make the Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival a success by becoming a volunteer.  As a Volunteer you can do a number of things, including:

  • Pour wine or beer in a Wine or Beer Booth
  • Stage Crew Support OR VIP Suite Host
  • Bravo! Concert Booth OR Security Team OR Front Gate Staff, etc.


​We need 300 Volunteers each year to help us produce the Festival.  As a Volunteer you receive FREE admission to the Festival on the day you volunteer, as well as an awesome "Festival Volunteer T-shirt" and a guaranteed good time!
